Pure Silver: Pure silver is one which is 99.9% pure. It has a very glossy finish, and it is very soft. Due to the softness of this variety of silver, it is ideal for crafting handmade silver jewelry
Pure silver has a brilliant white metallic luster. It is a little harder than gold and is very ductile and malleable, being exceeded only by gold and perhaps palladium. Fine silver, which is at its natural state, is 999/1000 pure. That kind of purity makes it too soft for molding into everyday products. Pure silver has the highest electrical and thermal conductivity of all metals and possesses the lowest contact resistance. Jewelry made from pure silver is stable in air and water, but tarnishes when exposed to ozone, hydrogen sulfide, or air containing sulfur. In order for pure silver to be hard enough and suitable for arts and crafts, alloying with other metallic components is a must.

Sterling Silver: Sterling silver is 92.5% pure and is relatively hard. Most of these jewelry made has a ‘925 mark’ in print on them as a sign of authentication. Thus this is one of the most popular varieties of silver used for making ornaments, decorative and jewelry. (eg. necklaces, chains, rings, earrings, bangles, bracelets, etc.)
The small amount of copper added to sterling, while making jewelry has very little effect on the metal's value. Instead, the price of the silver item is affected by the labor involved in making the item, the skill of the craftspersons, and the intricacy of the design. The making of sterling silver jewelry involves a variety of embellishments, such as chasing, filigree, and inlaying, which have engaged the talents of skilled artisans since prehistoric times.

German Silver Jewelry: Also called alpaca silver, German silver is an alloy having a combination of copper, nickel and zinc. This jewel is particularly known for its strength, durability and corrosion resistance. These are decorative ornaments generally not worn on the skin. German silver varies in composition, the percentage of the three elements ranging approximately as follows: copper, from 50% to 61.6%; zinc, from 19% to 17.2%; nickel, from 30% to 21.1%. The proportions are always specified in commercial alloys.

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. YounMeShop reserves the right, at sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.  
Non-Communication. If YounMeShop is unable to communicate with a customer for a period of ten (10) days, the order will be cancelled without notice and all monies paid will be forfeited to YounMeShop.  It is very important for you to check your junk/spam inbox if you have not heard from us within five (5) business days of placing your order.
Exchange & Refunds. All goods sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. No Exchange & Refund will be entertained as all goods sold are carefully and thoroughly inspected by us before shipping. Buyers are advised to check measurements carefully before any purchase. Lighting conditions and monitor settings may result in slight color differences between photograph and actual product. A full refund of the product paid will be made only if the product is no longer in stock after making the payment. Once an order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded even if the customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed.
Exchange may be considered in exceptional cases of prominent manufacturer's defects only.

All request for exceptional cases of exchange must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be returned & received by us within seven (7) days from date of dispatch of your order. Buyer will have to bear shipping / postage costs boths ways.

Lost Packages / Replacements. We will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected mail order packages that is posted via normal mail service which is non-recorded, and therefore not traceable or trackable. No refunds or replacements will be offered. 
Please opt for recorded mail services at additional costs to you to minimize such risk. If you did not receive your package, please contact us by email us at : younme.ca@gmail.com and provide us your order details. 

Please note that there will be no refund for lost / missing / misdirected order packages. We will replace the same item and mail it to you again, for orders opted to be mailed via recorded mail services after we receive confirmation from the postal agent, Singpost, that package was not delivered, or is lost. We reserve the right to replace the missing item with another item with the same value if the item that you have previously ordered is sold out. Buyer will only be entitled to one time replacement after confirmation from postal agent, Singpost that package has been lost.

Calculate Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. For this reason, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping. Please contact us for shipping cost. We encourage bulk orders to save shipping cost.

International Airmail Shipping  - Exact rates depends on total weight of your order. For overseas shipping, we will advise on delivery charges according to shipping destination & weight of your purchase order.
